These terms cover videos ordered on tiptoeinmyjordans.net ("Tip Toe in My Jordans AI", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

What you get

  • Solo, $14.90 USD: one video in which one person from your photos takes the dancer role in the Tip Toe in My Jordans barn scene. Length follows the trend clip, usually 10 to 15 seconds.
  • Duo, $22.90 USD: the same video with two people from your photos, one as the dancer and one as the princess, placed as you describe in your notes.
  • HD MP4 in 9:16 or 16:9, delivered by email within 48 hours after payment. If we need a better photo, the 48 hours restart when you reply.
  • The video is delivered without music. You can add the official sound inside TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.

How the video is made

Videos are made with AI motion-transfer and photo-to-video tools from third-party providers, then reviewed by a person before delivery. The result is an AI-generated video, and it should be labeled as AI-generated wherever you post it. Tip Toe in My Jordans AI is an independent studio, not affiliated with or endorsed by Nike, Inc., the Jordan brand, Riff Raff, any other artist, label or studio named on the site, or any AI provider.

Your photos and consent

  • You confirm that every person in your photos is 18 or older and has agreed to appear in the video.
  • You give us permission to use the photos only to make and deliver your video, including sending them to the AI provider that generates it.
  • We don't make videos of children, of people who haven't agreed, or of public figures, and we don't make sexual, hateful, harassing or deceptive content. If an order falls into these categories we refund it in full.

How you can use the video

The video is for personal, non-commercial posting on social media and in private messages. The original music video and song belong to their owners. Don't present the video as real footage, and don't use it in ads or to sell anything.

Payment and refunds

Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Limits

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
